This villa is new, it is part of a small residence with excellent finishes throughout.The villa is south facing with a sea view in a quiet development. The property has a private garden, panoramic pool, lovely veranda for al fresco dining. It is fully airconditioned including both double bedrooms. It is possible to sleep a further 2 people on the double sofa bed in the living room.A cot is also available. It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a washing machine.

Area Description

Ideally situated for exploring the south east coast of Sardinia. The villa is only 30 monutes from the airport and city of Cagilari. A short walk will take you to the local beach and port of Capitana.A few more minutes by car and you have miles and miles of fabulous beaches to discover. Ther are local shops, a supermarket and restaurants within short driving distance.
